Customer support for your Green Mountain Energy® account is right at your fingertips.   We now offer three easy online options for getting in contact with Green Mountain about your service or billing.

  • Live Chat – chat live with an agent by logging in to My Account and clicking the “Live Chat” option, available during most regular hours of operations.
  • Customer Support Forum – view answers to some of the most Frequently Asked Questions.  Don’t see the answer you need?  Post a new discussion topic and a Green Mountain representative will typically respond within 24 hours.  Visit support.greenmountain.com.
  • Email Support – submit an official inquiry regarding your account, and you’ll be contacted by a Green Mountain representative by email within 24 hours.  Click here to fill out the form, or simply email support@greenmountain.com.

When contacting Customer Support, please have your account number (found at the top of your Green Mountain Energy® invoice) and billing address ready.
